So far I've found dediserve and linode. Problem is, dediserve ($50) fully managed - linode ($100) fully managed + normal cloud fees. Does anyone know any reasonably priced providers for a fully managed service?

How much bandwidth do you need per month? Just curious what kind of sites you are running?
