What do buyers look for now days in a reseller hosting plan?

In 2008 when I entered into the web hosting world, it was all about the unlimited alpha or super alpha plans, etc (fun times and never a dull moment). Aside from the obvious wanting their account to be online 100 percent of the time, what else is being desired in a reseller plan in 2021?
