KVM or OpenVZ?

I would like to ask about the differences between KVM and OpenVZ. and which one is better for VPS?

OpenVZ allows you to run only Linux but in KVM you can run Linux, windows, or owned customs templates.
KVM is real virtualization because of the hardware level but I would say OpenVZ is faster in comparison to KVM.

Always with KVM if you can afford it!
You can custom everything on the KVM vps, from kernel to software

but for the OpenVZ, it share the same kernel so there are many limits, and also, for most time the OpenVZ = Oversale!

I decide to give OpenVZ a try first. Do you guys have any recommended Linux Openvz VPS provider?
