The NIC ports are 10G RJ45 or 10G SPF+.

1. for switch, will they use the same power?
2. would you recommend 10G RJ45 or 10G SPF+?

RJ45 will be more power-intensive and generally costs more money for the modules. 
For short runs, DACs will be the cheapest and lowest power option for short runs while you can use SFPs with fibre for mid-long range stuff.
